Baggie Omelets

2 eggs

1/4 cup chopped green onion

1/4 cup chopped ham

1/4 cup grated cheese

1 zip lock bag

1 gallon boiling water

Salt and pepper to taste

First boil water in a large pot.  The pot should be large enough so that the baggie will  not touch the edge when placed in the water.  Take a baggie and break two eggs into it.  Add onion, ham, cheese.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Zip the bag up while removing as much air from the bag as you can, and scrunch to get the contents well mixed.  Write your name on the baggie and place in the pot of boiling water.  In about 7 to 10 minutes you will have a baggie omelet.  Unzip when cooled enough to touch and eat right from the bag.
