This is a great horned owl with juvenile plummage (feathers). Notice that she does not yet have her adult "horns" which are known as ear tufts. This is Ollie, who arrived at the Raptor Center with sibling Stanley (later discovered to also be a female regardless of her name). The two had fallen from a nest and were badly injured.
