The Pregnancy Counseling and Information Centers offer a free, self-administered pregnancy test at our Center. We are not a medical facility, therefore the client administers and reads the results of her own pregnancy test. The result of the test is not a diagnosis. The client is given a thorough explanation of the pregnancy test from the manufacturer's instruction sheet prior to self-administering her test. The Pregnancy Counseling and Information Centers use the Mainline Confirms hCG test. We would like to offer you the opportunity to participate in a post-abortion recovery Bible Study with one of our trained peer-counselors. The "Forgiven and Set Free" Bible Study is especially designed for the woman who has experienced an abortion. The focus of this study is to help her to fully resolve conflicts she has felt with God, herself, and others who were involved in her abortion decision. These confidential, caring small groups meet for 10 weeks. This study is led by a volunteer who does not necessarily hold a professional degree in counseling, and in light of this, the study should not take the place of prefessional counseling. Groups will start periodically. |
