Welcome back to the Webelos Den!
Mr. Grater and I hope you all had a terrific summer. We have a
lot in store for this year and we are looking forward to a year of
learning and exploring! Thank you to all the parents for waiting
until after my surgery to get the Den started. We will have our
first meeting September 26,2002. This will give us an
opportunity to welcome any new members that may sign up at the pack
meeting.

Meetings:
Den Meetings: Every Wednesday from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Queen of
Peace School with Den 5. Check out our den calendar
for more details.
Pack Meetings: The third Wednesday of every month. Pack
meetings are listed on our Pack
Calendar.
Uniform: Blue Cub Scout shirts, blue neckerchief, at each
meeting and pack meetings. Jeans or Blue pants are fine with the
uniform. If you have any questions, just let me know.
Outings: Each Scout is required to have a filled out
permission slip prior to attending any outing. Boy Scouts of
America require a minimum of tow adults attend every outing.
Parent participation has been awesome! I hope many of you will
join us this year as well.
Dues: To assist the den with art projects, costs for outings,
dues will be collected. Dues are collected at the beginning of
each meeting ($1.25 or $5.00 a month.)
