Ag Labor Project

The Agriculture Labor Project was developed to provide education about agricultural labor laws in a manner that reduces conflicts between agricultural employers and employees.

To meet that goal, the project is working to secure a grant from the Oregon Law Foundation to fund a series of agricultural employer seminars and workshops.

At these events, experts in employment law and legal process will discuss legal issues with employers, including alternatives to litigation. For more information, contact the Agricultural Labor Project Coordinator, Tim Bernasek.
