Roast Potatoes
Oooh Arh! These are wonderful with a roast beef or lamb. Servings: about 4 (however many you want actually)Preperation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 to 40 minutes

Ingredients
- 4 potatoes (or however many you need to make)
- Lard (Crisco)
Preperation
- Heat oven to anything between 300 and 425
- Peel the potatoes. Cut them in half lengthwise, then cut those in half lengthwise, making lengthwise quarters
- Grease a baking pan with Crisco
- Grease the potatoes and put them in the pan
- Bake until the edges start to turn golden brown (30 to 40 minutes depending on the temperature) - fork or knife of toothpick goes in and out clean
