Mint Sauce
This is the ONLY sauce for lamb. Preperation Time: 5 minutesDifficulty: Easy
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of mint leaves - fresh
- Bottle of malt vinegar
Preperation
- Mince the mint leaves
- Take the screw top off of the malt vineger, then take off the shaker top, and put the minced mint leaves in, put the screw top back on, discared the shaker top.
- Refrigerate. This will be good immediately, better in a day or so, and better still in a few weeks, and stay good for many months.
