August, 25 7:30am-3:30pm
What to bring:
- Parents' business name and phone number(s).
- Names and phone numbers of emergency contact persons.
- Student's social security number.
- Emergency School Closure - In case of emergency closure, students are sent home on there bus or to a friend or relative who lives on the bus route. Be sure it is on the Aumsville or Turner bus route.
- Dates of recent immunizations to update records.
- Health and accident insurance policy name and number.
