Our Adopt-A-Raptor program is one of the many ways that you can help the birds of prey at Oregon Raptor Center. We are currently housing thirteen permanently injured raptors and all of them are seeking "Parent" sponsors. Adoption fees are only $45 for your first bird, and $30 for each additional bird. Each bird may have more than one adoptive sponsor.

The adoption program allows you to get more involved with one particular bird, with a biography and picture of the bird you choose.

What do I get? A color picture of your bird An adoption certificate A biography of your bird Membership in Oregon Raptor Center Raptor Advocate, the ORC newsletter Additional birds can be adopted for merely $30 each. A tax deduction

How is the money used?

With your $45 contribution, we can buy one of the following:

• Two checkups by a veternarian
• 30 mice (they've got to eat...)
• Two sheets of plywood for a flight cage
• Medicine
• An x-ray
• 116 hypodermic needles
• 20 rolls of vetwrap (wing wraps)
• Medium veri-kennel (travel cage)
• Two months of vitamin and calcium supplements
